XTEK is supported by professional and highly trained technical staff, including after-sales service specialists, training, support and consultancy personnel. Being a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), the Company is able to add value to all products and services with training and related services. Recent expansion into the growing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) market with our international partner Aerovironment, meanwhile, has enabled XTEK to diversify and to once again, lead the field in an emerging and important commercial sector.

Leading the way with our involvement and investment in Intellectual Property, our Engineering Development Department routinely develops cutting edge technology and equipment that meets the requirements of the worldwide security market. In response to the increasing demand for high quality composite articles across the defence, aerospace, automotive, marine and energy industries, it has also developed an advanced Composite Consolidation Technology manufacturing process – XTClaveTM that makes it possible to manufacture lighter, stronger and stiffer composite articles more efficiently. 

XTEK has a fully operational and maintained maintenance and manufacturing facility in Canberra and a limited repair facility in Sydney, with fully qualified technical personnel equipped with modern tools and equipment. Our maintenance facility is listed on the Australian Defence Technical Support Network Register for the preventative and breakdown maintenance of in-Service military equipment. All of our technicians are trained and competent in compiling Technical Inspection Reports and completing equipment log books.

The XTEK maintenance team can undertake equipment preventative and breakdown maintenance at customer locations as well as in our specialised maintenance facility. We have considerable experience in providing Integrated Logistic Support and engineering solutions for a wide range of customers.
